Brief
Transform the company’s brand identity in support of their ambitious growth plans.
Solution
We ran several initial sessions across the business to gather views, question assumptions and build a clear picture of the company and its culture. Once the brand strategy was agreed, we set about crafting the new identity — resulting in a bold and refined wordblock with accompanying Maker’s Mark, allowing for flexibility in application.
Branding for individual developments was defined with a new systematic approach, starting with a stunning commissioned hero image of the local landscape, which inspires a unique colour palette for each development. In partnership with our friends at Mud we designed and built the new website (with continued addition of features and functionality to reflect marketing requirements), and appointed a digital marketing partner to drive traffic.
We’ve helped maintain a consistent and distinctive brand presence across every customer touchpoint: the site signage that first catches their eye, the marketing brochure that sells the development and its location, the materials that guide them through the buying journey, and the keyring that proudly hangs from their new set of keys.
“Before the rebrand, you would have struggled to see how important good design is to us, but not any more. Staff have a stronger sense of pride and our marketing is far more effective. It has transformed our business and we continue to see the benefits of our investment.”
