Icon Magazine Rethink
International architecture and design magazine Icon invited us to suggest something we thought might benefit from a redesign, and then propose a solution.
We were invited to contribute to the July 2014 edition, and proposed food banks, a thorny political topic. We wanted to explore how a stronger and more visible Foodbank brand might help the service to sit more comfortably in our communities, as a positive sign that we are committed to supporting our neighbours in their time of need.
In addition to the identity, we designed supporting graphics, vehicles, food collection points and retail fascias.
